This is a vibrantly colored, jewel-like cup and saucer set by French Burgundian ceramic artist A. Dressinval.
These highly artistic vintage pieces were handcrafted one by one between the 1950s and 1970s.

The dynamism of hand-painting: The intricate gold decorations applied to the inside and outside of the cup and the saucer are all hand-painted by the artist.

Memories of the vineyards: The swirling circular patterns are inspired by the vineyards, a famous product of his home region, Burgundy.
