This is a vintage dessert plate from the HBCM Creil-Montereau factory, part of the "Roses 1925" series.

This item was made for "Nouvelles Galeries," a renowned old-established department store in France.
Its charm lies in its design, which evokes the elegance of the Art Deco era.
