This is a rare vintage plate from the old French pottery, Le Poët-Laval.
It features a meltingly soft yellow glaze, reminiscent of vanilla ice cream, scattered with small black speckles.

The unusual octagonal shape and the dot pattern along the rim create a somewhat nostalgic and lovely atmosphere.
