Vintage Oval Platter 37cm Longwy Dakar

This is a vintage oval platter from the Longwy factory, part of the DAKAR series.

The Dakar series is a wonderful collection that harmonizes Art Deco with African ethnic patterns.

The patterns are rendered in a deep red and ash gray, using a two-color spray stencil technique.
It offers unique and stylish decoration, while also looking sophisticated and attractive.

Dakar is the capital of Senegal and an important port in Africa.
French is still spoken there today because it was a French territory until the end of World War II.

Condition: Cutlery marks and stains are visible. It is in relatively good condition with no chips or cracks.
