Vintage Limoges Plate GDA Chaux de Fonds

This is a vintage plate from the Limoges GDA kiln, part of the Chaux de Fonds series.

GDA stands for the initials of Gerard, Dufraissex, and Abbot.
It is a porcelain plate.
The "Chaux-de-fonds" series is named after the city famous for its watchmaking industry in Switzerland,
and it is believed that the design was inspired by this city.
It features delicate floral patterns reminiscent of Rococo style and gracefully curved reliefs,
with the gilded rim in particular evoking the lavish banquets of aristocrats of that era.
At first glance, its color palette and design, reminiscent of Marie Antoinette, are a charming feature of this piece.

Condition: No chips or cracks, and in extremely good condition with almost no signs of use.
