Vintage Plate HBCM Creil-Montereau Tolga B

This is a vintage plate from the Tolga series by the HBCM (Creil & Montereau) factory.

This is a vintage plate by HBCM (Hippolyte Boulenger Creil-Montereau), a French ceramic manufacturer.
The backstamp clearly shows "SERVICE TOLGA" and "H.B.C.M. FRANCE", identifying the plate's origin (see image).

Features of the Tolga Series
The rim is adorned with exotic botanical/geometric patterns of flora, expressed through delicate lines and dots.
The vibrant blue transfer print creates a sophisticated, French chic dining experience.

The HBCM factory is a historic pottery that merged with Choisy-le-Roi in 1920 and continued production until 1955.
This plate is a valuable item made during its heyday, between the 1920s and 1950s.

Condition: Craquelure due to age is spread throughout, but it remains in good condition with no chips or cracks.
