This is a vintage plate from the Georgette series by Moulin des Loups.
It's a lovely series featuring a charming floral garland along the rim.
Condition: There is fine crazing throughout the entire surface and some discoloration. There are no chips or cracks. It's a beautiful piece with an antique feel.
