This is a vintage plate from Villeroy & Boch's Alt Strassburg series.
"Strassburg" refers to a city in northeastern France, close to Germany. It's famous for being where Goethe, Mozart, Gutenberg, and Pasteur once lived.
The Alt Strassburg series features elegant and beautiful designs, much like the Rhine River that flows nearby.
The beautiful flowers and smooth relief on the plate evoke an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
Also, the flower patterns vary from plate to plate. Please try to find your favorite combination.
Condition: Craquelure is present, but there are no chips or cracks, and it is in good condition.
