Vintage Raviere Longchamp ENNEGE Noisette (Hazelnut) A

This is a vintage raviere from the Longchamp pottery, part of the "Noisette" (Hazelnut) series.

This charming raviere is believed to have been specially produced for "Nouvelles Galeries," a renowned French department store that no longer exists.

Set against a warm ivory (cream) background, hazelnut (Noisette) leaves and berries, quintessential autumn motifs, are arranged with exquisite balance.
The contrast between the chestnut-colored (orangey-brown) hazelnuts and the dark grey (or black) leaves is achieved through hand-painting, imbuing each piece with warmth and individuality.
Its serene, autumnal colors will elegantly adorn your seasonal dining table.

The backstamp on the reverse clearly shows "NOUVELLES GALERIES," confirming that it was made for the Nouvelles Galeries department store, adding to its appeal with its historical background.

This somewhat slender, oval-shaped raviere is perfect for elegantly serving appetizers, small portions of fruit, nuts, or Japanese sweets.

Condition: There is crazing due to age, but there are no chips or cracks, and it is in very good condition.
