GDA stands for the initials of Gerard, Dufraissex et Abbot.
It is a porcelain deep plate.
The "Chaux-de-fonds" series is named after the city famous for its watchmaking industry in Switzerland,
and is believed to have been designed with inspiration from that region.
It features delicate floral patterns reminiscent of Rococo style and graceful curved reliefs,

At first glance, its color scheme and design are charming and reminiscent of Marie Antoinette.
