Vintage Deep Plate Limoges GDA Chaux de Fonds C

This is a vintage deep dish from the Limoges GDA factory, from the Chaux de Fonds series.

GDA stands for the initials of Gerard, Dufraissex et Abbot.
It is a porcelain deep dish.
The "Chaux-de-fonds" series is named after the city famous for its watchmaking industry in Switzerland,
and it is believed to have been designed with inspiration from this location.
It features delicate rococo-style floral patterns and elegantly curved relief, and
especially the gilded rim evokes the glamorous feasts of the aristocracy of that time.
This piece is attractive with its colors and design that, at first glance, are reminiscent of Marie Antoinette.

Condition: It is in extremely good condition with no chips or cracks and almost no signs of use.
