Vintage sugar bowl Digoin & Sarreguemines Agreste

This is a vintage sugar pot from the Digoin & Sarreguemines pottery, Agreste series.

In French, "Agreste" means something rural, simple, or rustic.

The bouquet of poppies, foxgloves, thistles, and daisies depicted are all plants commonly seen in the French countryside.
Their unpretentious, rustic beauty adorns the surroundings.

The red line tightens the space just right, enhancing its splendor.

Condition: No chips or cracks, in very good condition.
