This is a vintage dessert plate from Villeroy & Boch's "Petite Fleur" series.

The "Petite Fleur" series has been loved worldwide since its creation in 1983. Based on the backstamp, this particular piece is a vintage item produced at a French factory in the 1990s.

On a canvas of white porcelain, wildflowers such as pansies, daisies, forget-me-nots, and charming rose hips are delicately scattered, as if plucked from a serene European country garden. A thin, vivid Bordeaux red line adorns the scalloped edge, giving the overall design a crisp finish and an elegant appearance that is not overly sweet.

The approximately 21cm diameter plate is the perfect size for breakfast croissants or salads, or for serving cakes and baked goods during afternoon tea. It's also a versatile size that's frequently used at Japanese dining tables, handy as an individual plate for appetizers.

This item is made from Villeroy & Boch's unique hard porcelain (Vitreous Porcelain), characterized by its durable construction and excellent practicality. Why not add a refreshing French breeze and a touch of nostalgic warmth to your everyday dining table?

(There is a crack on the rim from manufacturing, but it is glazed over.)
