Vintage Footed Plate Villeroy & Boch Fleurs des champs A

This is a vintage footed plate from Villeroy & Boch in the Fleurs des champs series.

"Fleurs des champs" means "wildflowers" in French.
As the name suggests, the center of the plate features a carefully drawn bouquet of adorable wildflowers,
including poppies, campanulas, daisies, and cornflowers.

Similar designs for this series can also be found at the French Digoin & Sarreguemines kiln,
but Villeroy & Boch's refined atmosphere is a distinguishing characteristic.
Notable is its distinctive decagonal (10-sided) form.
Unlike typical flower rims, its clean and beautiful lines add an elegant accent to your table setting.

Furthermore, the red border line tastefully pulls together the overall design, further highlighting the splendor of the wildflowers.

Condition: No chips or cracks, and very little sign of use, in excellent condition.
